28 films funded by MDM nominated for LOLA awards

The German Film Academy has unveiled nominations for the 2017 LOLA Awards with a total of 28 nominees for 7 films supported by MDM.

Last year's Berlinale competition entry "24 Weeks" by Anne Zohra Berrached, Fatih Akin's "Goodbye Berlin", and "Wild" by Nicolette Krebitz are among the contenders in the best film category. "Timm Thaler oder das verkaufte Lachen" by Andreas Dresen was nominated for best children's film.
